They definitely help. And good instructors don't give you information overload. They give you just enough to work on without having to go through a lot of mental progressions. Every time I go its like another piece of the puzzle is put together and then finally one day it all comes together. Then when your out on the course and you hit a poor shot, you know exactly what you did wrong without having to see yourself swing in a mirror. Really good stuff.
