Bush was pretty lenient with Gaddafi (so far, much more lenient than Obama), remember.

Where is this coming from? My memory is that Mr. Gadhafi was pretty well-behaved during the Bush years. Was Mr. Bush supposed to pick a fight with him out of the blue?
