As to the question from the OP, hell yes I think that the Bush Administration would have moved quicker and more forcefully than team Obama has.

Well yes, Pres. Bush was more quick on the draw, which is not always a good thing, if like me, you disagree on invading Iraq. Some of us want to change cultures and even the world to match our own views. And that can be damned near impossible a task, and very expensive to us taxpayers. Just look at the vast money we have tossed into a bottomless pit. Yet some get really rich from wars, just not the guys doing the dying.
