Well, at least it ends the limbo....

Obama restarts Guantanamo trials - Yahoo! News

It's well overdue given all the longtime BS over due process fights for the military tribunals, the bickering over where to try them (civil or military courts) or bringing them to US mainland prisons, etc. Just give them a trial and their appeals rights for any claims they wish to make concerning them. At least the ball is finally rolling and they are not being held in legal limbo there.
