From what I've heard from many Arabs that's not actually too far from normal treatment of prisoners in some Arab nations. Sodomy is almost a matter of course. So you might get your wish

But why attest it to muslims only ?
Already forgotten Abu Ghraib ?
Or US Prison Standards ?
