Lately I've been suffering with bad lower back pain/tenderness on the right side and soreness in my left arm around the bend. I've also had bouts with sore ribs on the left side but that has mostly disappeared.

I have chaulked it up to being older and trying to act like I'm still 16.

Edit: I didn't really want to mention the butt pain but my hubby went ahead and did it for me. It's directly related to the lower back pain though.
