When I lived in Cali,my drive was up to 2 hrs one way to play.We wanted to play many different courses and found a few we would repeat often. Now, that I live in AZ, i refuse to drive more then 45 mins. Pls don't ask why,I really don't know. It could be ,I just haven't found the right people to play with out here.
