The only problem is the sandbaggers, I have played it a few times, and there was always an issue with people trying to cheat. It was a pretty fun event. If you have a very low handicap, its almost impossible to win.

I thought they policed the baggers pretty well. It probably would be hard to win the entire tournament with a low handicap. But individual flights are very small spreads - maybe 1 or 2 index points. I think it would be harder to win individual flights with a high handicap. If you were an honest 18 - supposed to be playing against 48 other 18's - there would be a better chance of finding a few 12 to 15 handicaps sandbagging in there.
