I usually have a few choice words for myself but I either quietly say them to myself or I modify them to be family friendly so I am not dropping F bombs on the course.

I've had days when I carpet bombed the entire 18 holes! It's only with the regulars I play with though, when I have to behave I just internalize it and cause slight brain embolisms!
