A freak occurrence???

Yes, "freak" meaning "unusual." We don't usually have people hijacking multiple planes simultaneously and crashing them into buildings. 19 men walked onto 4 different airliners from 3 different airports and it was a freak occurrence? I'd say maybe there were some minor security problems in place, huh? We allow people to fly planes. What security problems do you think there were? Besides having the occasional air marshal on board or maybe letting the pilots have guns, there isn't much you can do that doesn't require nonexistent technology (reading minds) or practically ending flying (ban on airplanes). Someone can always hide a knife up his ass. It was a direct result of our collective peaceful easy feeling that no one can do us harm. Not here. As well as a result of our retarded political correctness and not wanting to offend anybody. And, where are we headed back to? Yup. Right back there again. What does political correctness have to do with it? What would you have us do?
