Getting a membership was the best thing I ever did. I play a lot more than I did... Some of your range sessions will turn into playing 9 holes instead, because it's not going to cost you anything. And some of those days where the weather is questionable you'll find yourself going out and playing, because who cares if you get rained out. Beyond that I've gotten to know a bunch of the other guys at the course and we will get a skins game going... Or we'll get together to play in a tournament together at the course.
