Yes......at least for me. I usually use the shorter of the two for my driver. I have a tendency with the taller one to get under it too much.

Same thing with me when I use the Tomahawx tees. I only use it for the driver otherwise I get under it too much.

I am also like the majority I always use a tee, I just tee it up really low to the ground when using my irons.
