Iran, like North Korea, can probably make a "bomb", but it won't be a nuke in the sense that we understand it. More like a combination dirty bomb/conventional bomb. North Korea still hasn't proved they actually have the know-how to make a real nuke and I doubt Iran does either.

As for their talk about the Guard, Iran doesn't need to send the Revolutionary Guard anywhere. Hezbollah and Hamas all but wear Iranian uniforms already. Those are Iran's armies, they can just use them.
