Depends on what you mean by posting. For GHIN purposes I will post scores better than what I actualy shot. ESC requires this if you shoot higher on a hole than is allowed under the rules. Unfortunately for me this happens every few rounds.

Now if you mean posting as in on their scorecards to turn in for a tournament or MGA or just to brag about that is different.
