I play em down and putt em out. I play with guys who are fast and loose with the rules, but that is their problem, not mine. I played with a guy yesterday who gave himself liberal mulligans, 3 ft gimmees, and touched the sand behind the ball when he was bunkered. Oh well, to each his own. I hope he keeps those scores for handicap purposes so when we come up against each other in a tournament I can clean his clock.
