For food, since you're up north, and it's a bit of a novelty, give them a gift cert for some Texas BBQ (it's legendary for a reason) Hard 8, Salt Lick, Angelo's are all good bets

For golf balls, the Bridgestone B330-RX is a good one to give out, it fits lots of folks, and is an amazing ball. The Penta does kick a lot of butt though.
