401K at your age is awesome Greg! Even if you're only matching a low percentage (2-3%) it's free money from your employer and who could ever say no to that. I started 401K when I was 20 years old. However I made some dumb moves by pulling it out to pay for college bills a few years later. I built it up again and recently rolled over from my previous employer. Now I watch it every day for changes.
