oh for two !

Huh? I made an observation, so "oh for two" doesn't even make sense...
Capital HIll micromanagement gave us failure in Vietnam and prezbo has decided to pull that chestnut back for another go.

He can't change out generals like Lincoln did till h gets one he likes so just ignore them and let Congress to do whatever they feel like. There were countless reasons for Vietnam ending the way it did. The two situations are hardly comparable at all.
