You guys realize that we on the right are laughing our heads off at both the irony and that your heads are exploding, right?

If Obama is not liberal enough for you... well maybe China might be a better place for you... or get used to being in a far, far, far, left minority

This is not a "liberal" or "conservative" issue. This is an American issue. The question is; are people being tortured by the United States after the current President has publicly renounced such activity?

This reflects on the United States (not "conservative" or "liberal" but the country as a whole) and it's credibility. If it turns out that torture has continued under Mr. Obama despite his renunciation, then the world will have more reason to distrust the United States.
