Everyone tortures. The Americans do it, the Brits do it, the Iranians do it, the Canadians do it, the Chinese do it, the Arabs do it, the Israelis do it, the UN does it...they all do it. The torture threads are really among the most boring and pointless we have here.

Yeah. They're all so damned boring and yet, right on time, here you are.

It's called the Rule of Law. You wouldn't get it.
