I cant make out the plates, its too grainy, another sign of possible doctoring. But this time, I counted the same black Crosswind 5 or 6 times, and two of those times it was like one after the other. Also, alot of the same little white sedan. They could add in these images moving across the screen. Its so grainy you can't even see the wheels moving most of the time.
