Which DSG do you have? I believe the A3 has the new 7 speed one. I've not tried it though. I might just book a test drive to see what it's like if they have one in.

I have the 6 speed wet box... the new 7 speed is a dry box and isn't good with extra power where as mine is fine within reason of course. Only car ive driven with the 7 speed was the ibiza cupra and i hated it. a lot different to mine.
