vag fwd cars are crap in the snow. Unless expensive winter tyres are stuck on it. Still a bit crap.

Bollocks!!! my A4 is great in the snow, and we've had plenty of it up here the past 2 years for me to know, the secret with these cars it to know when to knock the ESP off or you will be going nowhere
