I didn't know incest and poor hygiene was big in the states.

I'm sorry but there's nothing as disgusting as a French roadside restroom.

What? I've been in loads of them and there is nothing wrong with them. Most are cleaner than UK ones and aren't full of fat gay men on cottaging missions.
