With the possible exception of Marmite, those are things which are not commonly eaten over here, maybe back the 1900s they was. Today they are rarely eaten and only then mostly by 80yr olds in their local rundown cafe.
Black pudding is all over the place. Wetherspoon offer it with their English breakfasts, and it was available as an option with the cooked breakfast at my hotel in York. I love a nice piece fried.

Haggis is a Scottish thing and I don't know how common it is to find it up there. Never had jellied eels, but my Nan liked them.....I think.
