That was pretty funny! Some of the comments are just [rolleyes] though. "Why waste taxpayer money doing this instead of just going around to all their houses?" Safety has a lot to do with it, not to mention it's probably cheaper. Doesn't seem to say how many they caught, but I'm willing to bet it was much more efficient to only have the dozen or so people involved.
