This is so funny, The joke for those who still don't get it, is that California has long thought that they are their own country... or so the joke goes.

Well, a few years back, it was estimated that if it was a country, it'd have the 5th rated economy among countries.
I'll conceed that they're getting an internal debt level that would certainly qualify them as a country...
They also had specific 'California' emissions controls and quite likely other laws as well, so you've also got a point there...
