the link should take you to a video by cnn done in Canada of a couple AWOL Soldiers. One of which was/ is mine....... He calls himself Smith name is actually Jace Heney, he was a medic deployed to Iraq for approx. 6 months he went outside of the wire 1 time during that time. He came under no direct or indirect fire during his one expedition in the Iraqi dessert. He was kept on the FOB (forward operating base) for a reason, that reason being he was a substandard soldier that was constantly in trouble. For various reasons...... OPSEC violation, losing equipment, sleeping on duty etc etc. His anxe with the military/ army/ had more to do with his inability to perform than anything else.

He did not go AWOL while in Iraq or while on R/R leave frm Iraq he went after he got back from Iraq while on block leave after the deployment.

In my opinion and opinion only I feel that some Canadiens are being used and more than abused from what i can tell for there beliefs. Just thought a couple people should know whats really going on with the folks that make tv.
