4G LTE is nice, my work gave me an LG Revolution but jesus christ current battery configurations cannot handle 4G LTE and 1Ghz CPUs. My LG Revolution while on charger streaming Netflix over 4G consumes so much power that the Charger can't keep up with the consumption. Even tho it it is charging the battery still depletes. Also 4G makes the phone INCREDIBLY hot.... Also the phone never lasts a day. I have exchange setup on it since they gave it to me to test as a blackberry replacement. I kid you not I took my phone off the charger at 6AM, head to work, and at 5PM I was in the datacenter and had to take a picture of one of my servers showing the damage caused from shipping... I used the phone for the first time that day at 5PM and it was at 19% battery. Same problem with my co-workers charge and thunderbolt. It isn't low signal, we just spent 750k installing antennas with Verizon, ATT, t-mobile, and Sprint in our building.
Phones need to get thicker again with 4G LTE option, raise the C discharge/charge Rating of the battery as well as the Capacity. I think 3000mAh with a 5-10C Discharge and 5C Charge Rating would be ideal. You could charge that battery in 12min flat if you provided a charger and 2 batteries per phone. Charge the 2nd battery on the charger in 12min and the one in the phone in 60min (less heat produced) with those specs.
