You've got the start of a nice little tool kit there, but I wouldn't worry too much about adding to it at the moment - see how you get on and add to it as you find you need tools for specific jobs.
BTW, is your car European or Japanese - European tend to use even numbered sizes for the hex heads on the nuts and bolts, Japanese tend to use odd numbered.

What I do recommend, though, is avoiding budget tools - cheap spanners will spread, slip/round off hex's and when they do slip you'll end up with damaged hands. Cheap screwdrivers will damage screw heads, twist and bend and when they slip, can put nasty holes in things and hands!
Once the fasteners are damaged, it can be a real pig remedying the situation and blood can leave stains.
