If you put some more thought into it you'd realise that a lot of London'ers might be pissed off if somehow certain people (who must be absolutely loaded) don't have to pay. It's keeping things fair, and it keeps the Mayor in our good books.

It's the President of the US, you don't think he should be exempt from paying? Ridiculous. Who cares what abunch of London citizens think? They can deal with it. Everyone else has to when your officials visit other countries.

Beyond that, you never gave our weapons back from the Lend and Lease program, so we are even at this point.
