No. The same reason Wales won't. They can't afford to. Although Scotland's economy is much better than Wales's, Scotland still can't rely on themselves. England is practically subsidising their freebies (tuition fees etc).

However, because of that, I'm all for them both (and NI) being on their own. Watch them all sink [yes]
