Bullying can hurt someone real bad , this dude seems to just get pissed off, but others don't always know how to respond or what to do with it.

It can also make someone very insecure the rest of their life, specially when that person is already a bit fragile and not firm in their shoes.

Kids can be very cruel and harsh to others, shouldn't be dealt with a smile as it's not so ok.

No one ever said it'd be easy, but a lot of good can come out of it. I personally feel the more sheltered a kid is, the worse off he is as an adult. Of course, good parenting goes hand in hand, so obviously if there's a kid getting pummeled on a daily basis with no guidance then there has to be some form of intervention.
