Well if they are going to compare stuff they need to compare it properly. From what da moose says it sounds rather stupid.
How can you compare sound quality of something using different music by using a dock designed for an ipod and expect it not to be better?

Sorry, when I said iPod dock I was just colloquial. It was some "high quality speaker". But even so, expecting a £30 mp3 player to sound as good as a nano on any system is stupid.
