So according to WikiLeaks Russia is basically a mafia state, and we all know Qatar have loads of money.

Sounds right up FIFA's street to me!

Not according to WikiLeaks... but according to the USA's diplomacists. ( hope I spelled the last word correct)

-edit- and true about the FIFA, they are one big happy Maffia family with bending country's laws and pay less and get payed more.
