I had an experience when I was working in a pc repair shop when I was like 20-21...

This Arab dude on Wisconsin Ave (DC) parks in his brand new 7 series right in front of the store. Brings in his toshiba (we were a toshiba sponsored repair center) and right off the bat the screen was cracked in half with no image.
He said that he came due to his pc malfunctioning/poor performance. He claims he works on his laptop by using the external video port with a monitor. I said sir the screen is broken but he said not to worry about it...
I write of a ticket for him stating the obvious damages and have him sign it...
Called him 3 days later telling him I cleaned out his machine using anti virus software and other tools and its fine now.
He comes in...
Customer: Vat is dis? My screen is broken! I did not leave it here with a broken screen....
Me: ?!? Excuse me? It states here that it was broken on the ticket and you signed it...
Customer: Not my signature!
Me: I will be right back.

I go to my boss who is an Arab and tell him what this ******* is trying to pull.. He stops eating his lunch comes out front and starts yelling in Arabic and the guy yells back and then he just leaves with the laptop in his 7 series. My boss said forget about his charge.
