I think you dealt with that quite well. You let the customer know she's free to do what she likes. Even though the Packard Bell is most likely going to be a turd, hey why argue the point, the customer is always right, and if she thinks it's such a brilliant deal then why argue any further.

Now just remember her face and 12 months from now you'll see her back complaining that you let her buy that hunk of junk and that you must fix it for free. [rofl]
