Fisherman's Wharf, Farmer's Market at Pier 1, Dinner at North Beach, Chinatown, Japantown, Pac Bell Park Tour, rent a bike and ride across the Golden Gate, Alcatraz, Ferry to Tiburon and eat at Sam's Cafe, trolley, Gherideli square, Live Jazz Bars, etc.

San Fran's easily my favorite vacation spot, there's tons to do there if you are willing to walk around. Bus is cheap and free on Sundays.

The Sony store is also pretty cool and if your adventurous you could always drive down to San Jose and break into newegg
