This is where you went wrong. These recordings will be with you forever... they may even pass to the next generation if you are lucky. Why would you want to compromise here?

I sincerely hope you didn't do the same with the photographer. Unlike the video, other people will actually look at your wedding photos many years from now.

We hired a real pro, and it cost us an arm and a leg (he cost about 50% of the entire price of the venue, including food a liquor)... and it was worth every penny.
