I call bs on this one. You cant tell where the heck he is. For all we know he could have been in your basement.

Why would you doubt it though? Apple and apparently Best Buy have had to go to the lengths of blocking jailbreakme.com because so many people have been going into stores and jail breaking devices. Is it that much of a stretch that this guy did that too?
