The fact Cameron had such an overwhelming lead less than 12 months ago and has run this campaign so badly that we are going to get a hung parliament is the clearest reason he shouldn't be anywhere near the job to me. He appears to have decided long ago that he was certain of winning, dropped the electioneering act and has come across as the smug, arrogant tosspot he actually is.

I think people are treating Lib-Dems as a "None of the above" option or are just going behind them to "get something different" without any thought as to whether it'll be worse than what we've got already.
Don't forget he was in the opposition. It was his job to destroy everything Gordon and Alistair came up with... and you can't deny he did it well (not that they were coming up with a lot of intelligent stuff anyway).

Now he's gotta stop being destructive and go constructive. I don't think he's done that bad. Don't blame him for not coming from the working class, it doesn't mean he's a douche. Certainly not more than Gordon B or that opportunist Nick Clegg who's got absolutely nothing to show.
