I use an Incipio case. Got it off ebay for ~£10, it came with 2 screen protectors. Thinnest and best case I've seen for a reasonable price.

The Incipio cases are very nice, don't add any extra bulk to the phone and feel quite nice too.

I just picked up the below case. I'm preferring it to the Incipio case as it covers the chrome frame of the iphone and feels more sturdy.

Also, if you're looking to get a screen protector which reduces glare and finger marks get something like this:

Bear in mind though that the Incipio and Switcheasy cases come with standard screen protectors.
