Hehehe, when my 17 year old sister visited me in Dallas (I was 24 at the time) I bought her quite a few drinks here and there. When I now think about it, I have commited quite a few crimes then...

Even if its a crime, its not even worth mentioning.

Rape on the other hand should be handled 100% correctly by all involved institutions for the sake of both parties, the victim and the accused, and its a shame how some law enforcement people do their jobs.
