This whole "women cry rape because it will get them things" stuff that pops up all the time just doesn't make any sense.

Rape,sadly,has such a low conviction rate,and an even lower rate of being reported that it would be a horribly conceived plan virtually certain to fail.

Especially against someone who makes more money in a year than the person reporting the rape will likely make in their life.

It's also no stretch at all to believe that a super fueled well paid,drunken athlete might try to rape somebody.

There's a long tradition of high paid athletes and violence of all sorts being closely associated with each other.

ok ill give you that. perhaps i have faith that ben is a good guy and wouldnt do something like that. and yes, i do get it that money, drugs, drinking, power, etc do change someone for the negative and make people do things that they would not normally do but like i said i think i just have hope that ben didnt do it. he seems like a decent guy.

also tinomen they may not cry rape to get something but maybe they decided that they made a mistake or that they changed there mind about the event?

take for instance the kobe thing, i do not like kobe at all but there is no doubt in my mind that he did not rape that girl but they had consensual sex. of course they were substantially different in evidence and the stories of what happened.
