Anyone winning a lottery is based off Luck though, Earthquakes happening are not based on Luck, but what is happening with the Earth at a given time, whether that is effected by the Moon's/Sun's gravitational pull or not. If all of the earthquakes that occurred in 2009, happened within the space of a 6 months this year, then I'd say something is definitely on the Horizon.
