I used the F1 2010 Timing app during the race. It's good, shows you all the info you would ever need, like where the cars are on the track, but is expensive. In fact it was a few seconds ahead of the TV, probably because I was watching digital.

The video shows the iPad version, but I have it on my iPhone. It's similar, but doesn't look quite as nice.
