I want to give a gift of money to someone, but I want to really mess with them at the same time.

I don't want to give cash, check, or gift card, because then they can use it without having to do anything for it. In all reality, I want them to be a bit pissed off when they realize that they can't just go and spend it or put it in the bank immediately. I had thought of giving the money in Euros or another foreign currency, but it seems that I can't just go and exchange my USD for Euros anywhere around here. Does anyone have any good ideas? I also thought about giving a bag of unwrapped coins, but they would expect that.

Anyone have some really "evil" and interesting ways to gift money? [help]
