If he's single:

Get him a gift certificate for Victoria's Secret and give him the gift receipt... so he has to go in to get it exchanged for cash... Write something saucy and/or gay on the card itself so the teller will see it.

Or potentially even better, regardless of his relationship status:

Do the same, but at that fat women's clothing store.
