Seriously - go find somewhere to change currency and give him australian notes. That stuff looks like monopoly money. Guaranteed he'll be like "wtf is this - plastic toy money with transparent bits!?" [rofl]

As long as I can find somewhere around me that will do this, I'll probably go for it, as it was my first idea...and he won't totally hate me for it. Apparently some places ask for your passport before doing currency exchanges...but I don't have a passport (not much of a traveler I guess).
