It's not the first time, it used to be banned before, too

I remember those Economy Races on the Turbo Era, when the Winner passed the Chequered Flag with the last fumes in his tank and many racers faster than the Winner DNF because of they ran out of fuel! [rofl]

Nowadays the Teams probably can calculate and regulate the fuel consumption more precisely, which just makes the GP even more boring...
